Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a crazy ride. Black jack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your profit, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom collapses.
Blackjack is so remarkably like a crazy ride the similarities are astounding. As with the popular amusement experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for a time before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a blackjack player who can readjust to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.
If you like the tiny coaster, a coaster that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a fatter bet, then hop aboard for the crazy ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you do not, you may not necessarily recall how much you enjoyed life while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the air. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that disappointing drop as clear as day.
