I have bet on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
